Managing your Pluto account is simple and user-friendly. This guide explains how to navigate the main features related to account management.

Managing Bank Accounts

You can manage your linked bank accounts through the "Deposit" or "Withdrawal" functions. Here, you can view your list of linked accounts and add new ones by clicking "Add Account".

Account Types

Currently, all Pluto accounts are individual margin accounts.

Viewing Account Activity and Trading History

Your account activity and trading history are easily accessible from the homepage of your portfolio. Here, you'll find a balance history chart, current positions, past positions, and an overview of currently active automations. Click on an automation for more details.

Updating Personal Information

To update your personal information, navigate to the Portfolio settings page. Here, you can modify details as needed.

Closing Your Account

If you wish to close your Pluto account, please contact our customer service. They will guide you through the process.

Cancelling a Subscription

Here is how to cancel a subscription.

1. On desktop, you'll find 'Preferences' at the bottom left of the page. If you're on mobile, click on the three horizontal lines (Menu button) located at the top right of your screen. This will open a dropdown menu where you can find 'Preferences.'

2. Click on 'Subscription.'

3. There, you'll see a pencil icon near the top right of the box - click on it.

4. You will be redirected to a page where you can manage your subscription.

From there, you can proceed to cancel your subscription. If any step is unclear or if you need assistance at any point, please reach out to support.

Notifications

Currently, account activity notifications are not available, but we're working on bringing this feature to you soon.

Tax Documents

All your tax-related documents can be found in the "Documents" tab within the portfolio screen.
